It's available as a single session, a 3-part series, or a comprehensive 5-session program, and each format is designed to meet your team where they are. Whether you're looking for a powerful one-time experience or an extended deep-dive, the workshop scales to deliver lasting transformation. Session 1: Reflection & Reconnection. Teams revisit their shared goals and explore the mindset shifts needed to navigate change. Through guided exercises and Shannon's personal story, participants build self-awareness and reconnect with purpose. Session 2: Building Resilience Together. Focused on team bonding and resilience-building techniques. Participants learn frameworks for managing pressure and supporting teammates through setbacks. Session 3: Forward Momentum. In this capstone session, teams turn actionable commitments and accountability structures into a concrete plan for sustaining the medalist mindset beyond the workshop.
