Welcome to Silicon Valley Speakers (“Silicon Valley Speakers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at svsb.ai (the “Site”) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including event planners, corporate clients, and speakers.
2. Description of Services
Silicon Valley Speakers is a speaker bureau that connects event professionals with keynote speakers, thought leaders, and subject matter experts. Our services include:
- Speaker discovery and recommendations
- Facilitating introductions between clients and speakers
- Coordinating booking logistics and negotiations
- Providing event planning resources and AI tools
- Newsletter and educational content
Important: Silicon Valley Speakers acts as an intermediary between clients and speakers. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between you and a speaker. All speaker engagements are subject to separate contracts directly between the client and the speaker or their representative.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Some features of our services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. When doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
- Send unsolicited communications or spam through our platform
5. Speaker Inquiries and Bookings
5.1 Inquiry Process
When you submit an inquiry through our Site, you are requesting information about speaker availability and pricing. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee speaker availability or create any binding obligation.
5.2 Booking Agreements
All speaker bookings are formalized through separate agreements directly between you and the speaker or their management. Silicon Valley Speakers may assist in facilitating these agreements but is not a party to them. You acknowledge that:
- Speaker fees, availability, and terms are subject to change
- Booking terms are governed by separate speaker agreements
- Silicon Valley Speakers is not responsible for speaker performance or event outcomes
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual speaker contracts
5.3 Commission and Fees
Silicon Valley Speakers may receive a commission or service fee for successful speaker bookings. Any applicable fees will be disclosed during the booking process.
6. AI Tools and Resources
We provide AI-powered tools and resources for event professionals. When using these tools, you understand that:
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should be reviewed for accuracy
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs
- You are responsible for verifying and adapting any AI-generated content
- AI tools may have usage limitations or require third-party accounts (e.g., ChatGPT)
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials (“Content”), is owned by Silicon Valley Speakers or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without our express written permission.
7.2 Speaker Content
Speaker profiles, photos, videos, and other materials displayed on our Site are provided by speakers or their representatives and remain their property. Use of speaker content is subject to their individual permissions.
7.3 Your Content
By submitting content to us (such as event details, reviews, or feedback), you grant Silicon Valley Speakers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silicon Valley Speakers disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided
- Warranties regarding the quality or performance of any speaker
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silicon Valley Speakers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or goodwill
- Costs of substitute services
- Any damages arising from speaker cancellations or non-performance
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Silicon Valley Speakers, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silicon Valley Speakers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any dispute between you and a speaker
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silicon Valley Speakers regarding your use of our services.
