Questions before you book
The things event planners ask us most.
How much does it cost to hire a keynote speaker?
Most keynote fees fall between $10,000 and $50,000. The number depends on the speaker's profile, the format you want, and how far out your date is. Tell us your budget up front and we will send a shortlist that fits it, with real quotes rather than a vague range.
How do I hire a speaker through Silicon Valley Speakers?
Send us your event details and what you want the audience to walk away with. We come back with a shortlist, current availability, and quotes. Once you pick someone, we handle the contract, the logistics, and the prep calls so the speaker shows up ready for your room.
What kinds of speakers do you represent?
We focus on people who built the thing, not just talked about it: founders, inventors, and operators in AI, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, peak performance, and the future of work. Adam Cheyer, the co-creator of Siri, is one example of the roster.
Can you help with an AI keynote for our conference or sales kickoff?
Yes, and it is the question we get most. We can match you with speakers who have shipped real AI products and can speak credibly to where the technology is going, instead of giving a recycled trends talk. Browse our AI keynote speakers or just tell us the audience and we will recommend a fit.
How far in advance should we book?
For a specific in-demand speaker, three to six months is comfortable. We have also filled dates inside of two weeks when something fell through. If your date is tight, reach out anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you work with virtual events as well as in-person?
Both. Many of our speakers do in-person keynotes, virtual sessions, and workshops. Let us know the format and we will confirm who is set up for it.
Still deciding? Request a quote and we will help you find the right fit.
