He co-founded NoCodeOps, the enterprise automation community Zapier acquired in 2024, and has since spent more than 1,000 hours in the field helping teams from early-stage startups to UPS turn AI curiosity into daily practice. Known as "The Figure It Out Guy," Phil gets leaders and their teams building real AI agents themselves, and able to keep going long after he leaves the stage.
